For trades and building services

The know-how is created at the system.

The installer captures the procedure right on site: photos with the phone camera, text dictated. The office checks and approves it — and the next service is ticked off as a checklist.

From the system to the office and back.

  1. 01Capture

On the phone under “Capture”: photo of the system, step by step, text via the keyboard microphone.

  2. 02Send safely

If the basement has no signal, the capture waits on the phone and is sent as soon as there’s a connection again.

  3. 03Approve

At the office: arrow on the right switch, check, approve — with name and date.

  4. 04Tick off

The next service as a checklist: values, photos, defects, signature — as a PDF for the customer.

What this looks like in the trades.

Capture and document a service

The situation

The installer is at a customer's heat pump he last saw a year ago. The guide is back at the office — or in the head of the colleague who installed it.

Today

A call to the office, searching the manufacturer's manual, at worst a second appointment. What was done ends up on a scrap of paper.

With SkriDoc
  1. On the first visit, capture the procedure on the phone: photos of the system, text dictated.
  2. At the office, add arrows, check and approve. If you like, a QR sticker goes on the system.
  3. The next service is ticked off as a checklist — with photos and a signature as a PDF record.

Safety instructions that are approved and easy to find

The situation

New staff and temps need to know how to safely isolate a system before their first job.

Today

Explained verbally, at some point. Later nobody knows exactly what was said.

With SkriDoc
  1. Write the instructions as a guide, with warnings before the steps.
  2. Approve with name and date — which version applies is visible.
  3. Staff confirm in SkriDoc that they have read the current version — the proof comes as a PDF.

What you need for it.

No construction kit, no add-on modules. Whatever your plan can do, it can do from day one.

Capture on the phone

Photos with the camera, text via the keyboard microphone. Without a signal, the capture waits on the phone.

Service as a checklist

Yearly, every six months or on call: SkriDoc shows which service is due or overdue. Values, photos, defects, signature — as a PDF record for the customer.

from Business
Track defects

Reported defects stay open until someone chooses “Fixed” — visible on the object, not in a notebook.

from Business
QR code on the system

A sticker opens guides and checklists for this system. Read without an account or app, with an access code if you like.

from Business
Photos with markup

Arrow, frame, speech bubble, redaction — right on the photo.

Bring in old documents

Upload service guides as Word or PDF. Chapters become steps.

Questions we hear a lot.

Does the installer or the customer need an app?
No. SkriDoc runs in the phone’s browser. Whoever scans a QR sticker doesn’t even need an account.
And if there’s no signal in the basement?
Then the capture stays on the phone and is sent as soon as there’s a connection again. Text and photos aren’t lost.
Does the customer see anything not meant for them?
No. The sticker only shows the approved guides you have assigned to that station. Never drafts or comments.
Can the customer sign off the service?
Yes. If the checklist asks for a signature, whoever is holding the phone signs at the end — the customer, for example. It appears in the PDF record.
